In the spirit of community, I created a free slow flow yoga class to share with you. I invite you to take an hour to enjoy this practice, either alone or with your family.
For those of you who are new to my class, welcome! This is your opportunity to see what my classes are all about.

As with any exercise, consult your physician if you have any underlying health conditions or are pregnant before participating. Whole-Hearted Yoga assumes no liability for your participation in class.
If at any time a pose feels painful or you become tired, please withdraw from the pose and take a break either in child’s pose or easy seated position. It is important to listen to your body. This practice is designed to serve you and to rejuvenate and restore you.￼￼
Toward the end of the video, I will invite you to lie down in a final resting pose. In case it is not clear, I will then sit up and read a devotional and continue to guide you through your final resting phase. The idea is that you would continue to lay down and rest until the end of the class.￼￼￼ when I cue you to return to sitting.
